THESE TINY ASS BLOODSUCKERS ARE KILLING ME

These minuscule ass varmints are driving me. I'm so sick of these annoying little beasties. They bite all the time, and they never stop. I've tried all sorts of stuff to get rid of them, but nothing is effective. I just want a calm night's sleep without being bothered by these tinysuckers.
